Registration for EPR authorization

A producer or a manufacturer needs to fill different forms according to the products they make, the expiry, and the period of authorization provided. If you are selling your products within the state, the State Pollution Control Board provides the authorization.
- The receipt of the application should be complete
The evaluating committee of boards checks and scrutinizes the forms submitted and can raise inquiries if the documents are false. They need to check if the company can manage EPR in the state or country.

What are the documents necessary for EPR registration?

- Agreements: The file should contain copies of contracts with the recycling agencies, TSDF’s (Treatment Storage Disposal Facilities), and dismantlers.
